North Atlanta Group (NAG) is a full service real estate brokerage and home builder. The focus of our business is on the brokering of land and lot acquisitions.  In addition to our brokerage services, NAG is often presented with opportunities to perform the horizontal development for local, regional and national home builders.  Furthermore, NAG builds town homes and single family homes inside the Atlanta perimeter.  NAG has a wide breadth of experience in the Atlanta Real Estate arena. JEFF ANTHONY, Broker/Owner, CDPE 

JEFF ANTHONYMr. Anthony holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in marketing from Georgia Southern University and graduated in 1999. At GSU, Mr. Anthony was an Advisory Board Scholar. This honor recognizes the top 3 individuals in their field of study. .

After his 4 years of study, Mr. Anthony entered the construction and development industry in a sales and marketing capacity. Mr. Anthony was recruited by the 4th largest homebuilder in the Atlanta market, Bowen Family Homes. Over his 6 years at Bowen, Mr. Anthony served in several capacities: Sales Associate, Land Acquisition Director, Vice President, and was offered a position as Division President of the Orlando, Florida division. Responsibilities included: strategy planning, product development from land to final construction, sales forecasting, identifying market opportunities, optimizing search engine optimization through organic means, expansion initiatives, social media planning, and brand development. Mr. Anthony’s affiliations include: Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association, Sales and Advisory Council, National Association of Realtors, Gwinnett County Children's Shelter, Children's Healthcare of Atl, North Point Community Church.

Having sold over 1,000 homes in his career, Mr. Anthony is poised to assist his client with a breadth of experience. Furthermore, in today's market a tremendous asset Mr. Anthony possesses is the fact that he is a certified Foreclosure & REO specialist. His ability to assist his clients in bank owned properties is of utmost importance to any client navigating our current real estate market. In addition to his REO certification, Mr. Anthony holds a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) designation. This designation will allow Mr. Anthony the necessary knowledge and expertise to navigate the cumbersome short sale transaction.

Specifically relating to land and lot sales, Mr. Anthony has the ability to analyze raw or developed land in order to develop the highest and best use possible.  Having years of experience creating communities, selecting the correct product lines for builders is crucial and ensures market acceptance.  Mr. Anthony's ability to deliver in this regard makes him an assett for any land owner or homebuilder looking to buy or sell in the Atlanta real estate market.

RON MORGAN, Owner, Builder/Developer

Mr. Morgan holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia. After completing several years of Military service as an officer in the United States Navy, Mr. Morgan began his 40 year career at Ackerman & Company as a Senior Property Manager. Mr. Morgan's responsibilities included the management, leasing, and financial reporting for several shopping centers, condominiums, and business parks. In 1982, Mr. Morgan was recruited by Realtor Corporation as a Vice President of Asset Management. His responsibilities included: performing due diligence of syndicated properties included the renovation and correction of construction deficiencies. In 1985, Mr. Morgan's talents were noticed by his next company, TOH Associates and Brighton Homes. Mr. Morgan's role as Division manager included responsibilities of overseeing the development and construction of Single Family Homes for the areas of Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

In 1992 Mr. Morgan opened the doors of Vintage Homes USA. Vintage Homes in collaboration with a sister company of Mr. Morgan's (ABG Development) averaged an annual cash flow of $50M - $70M USD. In summary, Mr. Morgan's experience includes residential, commercial, and industrial construction and development, asset management for US and International Investors, in-fill redevelopment, finance, sales and marketing.

Mr. Morgan has also established, managed and been declaring for numerous Condominium Homeowners Associations, developed shopping centers, industrial buildings, townhomes an neighborhoods, renovated and managed a mid rise office building, negotiated industrial, offic residential leases and sales contracts and tenant build out. Mr. Morgan has an intimate knowledge on negotiating zoning conditions for single family reidential, multi-family residential, & commercial developments.

Mr. Morgan currently has professional affiliations with the following organizations: Greater Atl Association of Homebuilders, Atlanta Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and National Association of Home Inspectors.

 

CHAE DURAN, REALTOR

 

In 2006, Chae began her career in Lee County Alabama with the Brown Agency as a Residential Real Estate Sales Agent and Assistant Property Manager. Chae relocated with her family to the Atlanta Suburbs in 2012. When it comes to buyer and seller representation, Chae comes armed with experience, knowledge and proficiency.

Whether you are buying or selling, Chae is the obvious choice to ensure that her clients are informed about each step in the process.  She takes careful consideration of each detail that allows her clients to rest easy knowing that they are taken care of.  For the majority of people the purchase or sale of a home is their largest single investment. SHELLY DAVIS, REALTOR

Shelly holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Mississippi University for Women and graduated in 1999. After graduation, she started an eight year career with Delta Air Lines where she worked in customer service before relocating to Delta's global headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia working in an HR function for her division. There she co-created projects generating $113M+ in annual revenues. After leaving Delta to become a full-time mother, she started working as a part-time recruiter with Human Resource Dimensions and R.A. Clark Consulting. Shelly has now rejoined the full-time workforce to become a part of The North Atlanta Group team.

Joanne has been fascinated with real estate for as long as she can remember. Being born and growing up in Atlanta, Joanne is left as one of the few remaining true Atlanta natives. She was exposed to many of its diverse neighborhoods growing up, and has witnessed the dramatic changes over the years.


Joanne has been a licensed Realtor since 1995. Joanne has been involved in the banking industry, mortgage industry and has worked as an Escrow Officer. All of this experience has assisted to mold Joanne into the real estate professional she is today!
